STOCKTON — Stagg fans eager to see some offensive fireworks were delighted to finally see their team, and the Delta Kings’ run-and-gun offense didn’t disappoint in their home opener.

Stagg senior quarterback Cameron Deville completed 16 of 25 passes for 296 yards and five touchdowns and rushed for another as the Delta Kings raced away for a 61-14 non-league victory over the Tokay Tigers Friday night at Stagg High School.

Deville, who’s thrown four touchdown passes in each of his first two games, has 13 throwing scores and 869 yards passing for Stagg (2-1), which shrugged off a sluggish start.
